FlarePath is available only to verified physical inventory holders. Access is strictly application-only. Brokers, speculative traders, and resellers without physical stock are not eligible.

2. Account & Access

You must provide accurate information. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not upload false inventory, attempt to circumvent verification, or use the Service for unlawful purposes.

4. Privacy

Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
